Facilitation

The team at EnCompass provides facilitation services for a number of different kinds of processes including: business, project, communications and strategic planning, team building, community and learning dialogues, focus groups, debriefing sessions, appreciative inquiries, workshops and conferences.

 

We will work closely with your organization to ensure a good fit between planned activities and your goals and objectives. We are also happy to co-facilitate events with your internal staff and/or to support capacity development in planning and implementing events and leading sessions.
